Delivery time
All orders are processed within 4-7 business days.
Normal delivery time is between 7–15 business days, depending on product and stock status.
Please note that delivery time may be affected by holidays, festivals or unforeseen delays with transport companies.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over 499 SEK.
For orders under 499 SEK, a flat shipping cost of 49 SEK will be added.
Package tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided when ordering.
We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected and returned to us, the customer will be charged a fee of 149 SEK to cover shipping and administration costs.

We always do our best to deliver on time. However, sometimes delays may occur that are beyond our control (e.g. customs, logistics problems). In the event of major delays, we will contact you via email.
