1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is usually 5–12 business days, depending on the product and stock status. You will always receive a tracking link via email when your order has been shipped.
2. How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
3. How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Sometimes we offer free shipping for promotions or purchases over a certain amount.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at swedishbazaarofficial@gmail.com if you want to change or cancel your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.
5. What do I do if I have received a defective or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product. We will arrange a return and replacement at no extra cost.
6. What is your return policy?

7. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges if the item is in stock. Contact us and we will help you arrange an exchange.
