Swedish Bazaar is a Swedish company that offers products via dropshipping.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian.

2. Order

Once you have placed an order, we will send an order confirmation to your email address.

We reserve the right to make any errors in stock balance, prices or product descriptions.

If a product is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) including VAT.

Payment is made via our secure payment solutions (card, Klarna, PayPal, etc. depending on availability).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Sweden and to some international destinations.

Delivery time is usually 7-14 working days depending on the product and supplier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or unforeseen events.

5. Right of withdrawal & Returns

According to Swedish law (Distance Contracts Act), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be returned.

Return costs are paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

6. Complaints

If a product is defective or damaged, you have the right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

Contact us as soon as possible by email and attach pictures of the defect.

We offer either a new product or a refund depending on the situation.

Swedish Bazaar is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or financial losses that may arise from the use of our products.

Color differences may occur due to screen resolution or supplier variations.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Sale at any time. The terms that apply are those published at the time of your order.
